This luxurious home is centrally located and just a seven minute walk from the Village at Sunriver, an outdoor shopping mall complete with mini-golf (summer) or ice rink (winter). A walking and bike path 25' behind the car port provides a direct route to both the mall and Sunriver Resort. Outfitted in upscale furnishings, 5 Fawn offers a private and quiet vacation getaway. Skylights and cathedral windows give the living area a light and open feel with extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14 guests.
Living Area: The impressive, 2700 square foot home with the upgraded furnishings has a luxurious feeling. Furnishings include a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. In winter the gas fireplace keeps you warm while watching snow fall outside the two story windows. In summer the central air conditioning helps cool warm days. There is a 55 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace and Bluetooth speaker system with Blue-Ray player, and Wi-Fi high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with a solid mango wood table (seating for 10). From the dining room there is direct access to the patio and gas BBQ. Kitchen is fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Attention to detail includes a Keurig for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning. Living room tables include easily accessible power outlets and USB charging ports. Kitchen counter outlets include USB charging ports.
Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 master suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony. The rear downstairs master suite has an exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. Each bedroom includes an LCD TV with cable and Blu-Ray/DVD, as well as dimmable alarm clock with USB charging ports on nightstand. Master bedrooms include a second set of USB charging ports on the other nightstand. Upstairs is a large loft with two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, Foosball table and wall-mounted 46 inch LCD TV. In the baths you will find a selection of starter toiletries that includes shampoo/conditioner, liquid hand soap, bar shower soap, as well as a hair dryer.
Deck, Hot Tub & Parking: The large 16 x 24 ft paver patio includes gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. Plastic chairs and picnic table are available all year while glass tables, metal chairs, and umbrellas are available May-Oct, The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and additional room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area.
Accessibility: While the home is not specifically ADA compliant it does provide improved access. There are no steps to access the 1st floor of the home and the front master bedroom and bath have no steps for access and provide a walkin shower stall.

- 50% of total payment due on booking.
- Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds
- 100% refund up to 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund on total booking amount up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- No refund less then 30 days prior to arrival.
- $250 cleaning fee
- 9.5% County and State short term occupancy tax will be collected
- $500 security deposit due 1 day prior to arrival. If paying by Credit Card, security hold starts 1 day prior to stay and is lifted 5 days after departure if there are no damage charges.
