4 Lost Lane is an amazing lodge style 3460 square foot home that envelopes you in the huge great room with vaulted hemlock ceiling, logs, natural wood, and granite. There is room for everyone to spread out with 2 separate living areas making it perfect for a large family or separate couples desiring more privacy. It is centrally located in Sunriver and just a 7 minute bike from the Village, an outdoor shopping mall complete with mini-golf (summer) or ice rink (winter). The 12 included SHARC pool passes are easily enjoyed by biking or walking to the SHARC in under 5 minutes. The ubiquitous Sunriver walking and bike paths are accessible at the end of the street providing a direct route for you to the Village, SHARC, marina, and Sunriver Resort.
Outfitted in upscale furnishings, 4 Lost Lane (Deerfield Lodge) offers a private and quiet vacation getaway. Skylights and cathedral windows give the living area a light and open feel. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps, dines, and seats 14 guests.
Living Area: Two story cathedral windows provide you an amazing view of the forest and sky while the open floor plan, and three skylights give the home a light and airy feeling. In winter the gas fireplace keeps you warm while watching snow fall outside. In summer the central air conditioning helps cool warm days as the birds and deer pass by. Settle into the two leather couches and enjoy the large 60” HD TV over the gas fireplace with surround sound speaker system and DVD player. Whole home high speed wireless internet access is available for your work or fun needs.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with large wood table (seating for 10). An additional table (seating for 4) in the living room provides even more space to spread out. From the dining room there is direct access to the expansive wood deck and gas BBQ. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances to support large groups and includes a 5 burner gas cooktop, 2 electric ovens, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerator/freezers (2nd fridge in garage) with ice makers. It is also fully supplied with commonly used cooking equipment, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. Attention to detail includes both a coffee pot and Keurig for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning.
Bedrooms and Baths: There are 4 master suites with king beds and private baths. Two downstairs and two upstairs. Each master suite has its own bathroom with granite counters and shower. An additional upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with built in desk for any work that needs to be done during your stay. Also upstairs is a large bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins/singles) and two more leather couches facing a wall-mounted 50” LCD HD TV with Xbox 360 and DVD player. The bunk room also provides a beverage refrigerator, sink to make sure everyone gets their teeth brushed ;) and two classic arcade games (Pac-Man, Dig Dug). All 5 bedrooms have 32” LCD HD TV's with cable and DVD players. In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and shower bar soap, as well as a hair dryer. Right off the great room there is a ½ bath for your convenience and the 2nd floor hallway includes a full bath with bathtub for the bunk room.
Deck, Hot Tub & Parking: The large wood deck includes a gas BBQ and plenty of patio tables and chairs to embrace the outdoors during the day and at meal time. The large hot tub is located on the deck at the back of the home, with privacy screen and handy towel rack. The driveway can easily fit 4 cars (6 if you play Tetris) and the garage can fit an additional car when the ping pong table is folded, which is great in winter.
The two-car garage serves as the base for your outdoor activities and includes 10 cruiser bikes for getting around the Sunriver trails. For the little ones there are 3 kids bikes, a tag-a-long, and trailer for 2 children. In winter, ski and board racks organize your gear and provide a great location to have a ping pong tournament out of the cold. A second refrigerator and shelving provide plenty of storage for your supplies. Just inside the garage is a spacious mud and laundry room with 2 front loading washers, 2 gas dryers, iron, ironing board, and plenty of coat hooks for everyone.
Rules: No Pets. No Smoking. No parties. Sunriver ordinances strictly enforced by Sunriver police: Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am. No fires or fireworks. No nuisance due to over occupancy. No overnight accommodations in trailers or RVs. Max RV/trailer parking at house 48 hours (ask us about available RV lot). No parking on the side of roads. No use of any type of firearm or weapon. Home is best suited to families as we have a full-time resident neighbor with children and ask that you are respectful of their environment.

- 50% of total payment due on booking.
- Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds
- 100% refund up to 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund on total booking amount up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- No refund less then 30 days prior to arrival.
- 9.5% County and State short term occupancy tax will be collected
- $500 security deposit due 1 day prior to arrival. If paying by Credit Card, security hold starts 1 day prior to stay and is lifted 5 days after departure if there are no damage charges.
